Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Personal Lines Products and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement of personal lines strategic product objectives in the mass affluent market segment
• Develop and execute a data and analytics strategy to drive insights and support decision-making across personal lines
• Support pricing and analytical modeling work to meet the division's strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance
• 5 years of leadership experience
• 5 years in a product, pricing, or analytics role
• 5 years working with the mass affluent or high net worth market segment(s)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Insurance or related field
