Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director - Portfolio and Project Management Asset Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to obtain approvals for asset and investment strategies, ensuring successful execution of integrated global development plans
• Drive implementation of asset strategies for early phase development, considering cross-functional needs and challenging team goals
• Enhance portfolio value through operational excellence and innovative development plans while fostering an inclusive team environment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or drug development, with a strong technical background
• Advanced graduate degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) in a health-related, scientific, or engineering field is preferred
• Higher degrees or certifications (e.g., MS, MBA, Masters in Project Management or PMP) will be considered
• Strong intuition for business and understanding of the greater portfolio context
• Experience in building high-performing teams and developing talent across diverse environments
