Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree with 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience, or high school degree with 12 years of related experience
  • In-depth knowledge of company operations and specialized skills in process improvement
  • Experience in analyzing customer satisfaction surveys and recommending improvements
  • Ability to lead broad-scope programs and projects impacting operational success
  • Demonstrated influence in solving critical and complex issues
