Key Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, and implement quality and business process strategies and improvements
- Function in a consultative role with departments and the executive team for process mapping and re-engineering
- Independently lead complex projects and initiatives while participating in strategic planning with senior leaders
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience, or high school degree with 12 years of related experience
- In-depth knowledge of company operations and specialized skills in process improvement
- Experience in analyzing customer satisfaction surveys and recommending improvements
- Ability to lead broad-scope programs and projects impacting operational success
- Demonstrated influence in solving critical and complex issues
