Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision, strategy, and standards aligned with business goals
• Build and mentor a high-performing product design team while ensuring high-quality user experiences
• Lead user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and drive product improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design, with at least 2 years in leadership roles
• Proven success in designing B2B SaaS products, preferably in operations or workflow tools
• Experience in building and managing design teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and business impact
• Bachelor's in Design, HCI, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
