Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive product fulfillment strategy to support growth goals and enhance customer experiences
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of fulfillment professionals, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance
• Develop and optimize processes for order management, inventory accuracy, and shipping to maximize efficiency and reduce costs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fulfillment or related operations roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Proven experience scaling fulfillment operations in a high-growth environment
• Background in implementing process improvements and technology solutions for operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer support
