Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director for Product Management, Wellbeing Collective.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Business Process Models across the Wellbeing Collective, focusing on Microsoft D365
• Translate stakeholder requirements into solutions and drive product strategy for D365
• Chair the WBC Design Authority and ensure governance and best practices in process design

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, specializing in SC/Ops and finance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in leading business systems within a dynamic organization, preferably in CPG/Manufacturing/Wholesale/Retail
• Experience in managing external partners and leading a team of Product Managers
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work effectively with cross-functional teams
