Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmap for new security initiatives, collaborating with engineering teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert, driving engagement with customer and engineering teams while managing project planning and performance metrics
• Design and deliver new security capabilities and technologies, ensuring high quality and compliance across feature areas

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development; OR equivalent experience
• 6+ years of people management experience
• Proven ability to operate and influence teams in a complex, matrixed organization
• Demonstrated experience in driving end-to-end product execution
• Ability to synthesize and deliver information from engineering to executive level
