Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in care delivery or tech-enabled services
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful healthcare-related products
• Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Practical understanding of healthcare from both clinical and actuarial perspectives
• Experience leading change management across operations, technology, and clinical teams
