Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and own the product vision and roadmap, translating it into impactful features and user experiences
• Oversee integrations with core systems and make informed decisions on build vs. buy strategies
• Manage a product team and vendors, ensuring alignment and focus on delivering high-quality products

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms is strongly preferred
• Strong technical background in APIs, integrations, and SAAS
• Fluency in agile practices and analytics
