Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for Vendor, Scheduling, and Purchasing teams
- Ensure team execution aligns with company KPIs including timelines, cost efficiency, and quality control
- Drive consistency in scope management, schedule adherence, and permitting compliance across all markets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Procurement, or a related field strongly preferred
- 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a construction, procurement, or renovation environment
- 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in the SFR or BTR space
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar project management platforms
- Strong foundation in construction means and methods, project management technologies, and supply chain and material sourcing
