Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for Vendor, Scheduling, and Purchasing teams
• Ensure team execution aligns with company KPIs including timelines, cost efficiency, and quality control
• Drive consistency in scope management, schedule adherence, and permitting compliance across all markets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Procurement, or a related field strongly preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a construction, procurement, or renovation environment
• 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in the SFR or BTR space
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar project management platforms
• Strong foundation in construction means and methods, project management technologies, and supply chain and material sourcing
