Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Prospective + Concurrent Risk Adjustment Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the product portfolio focused on undiagnosed conditions and risk adjustment coding accuracy
• Manage a cross-functional team and collaborate with various departments to deliver innovative clinical insights
• Engage with stakeholders to understand workflows and present product strategies to executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare, particularly in clinical or risk adjustment solutions
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary product teams
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows, risk adjustment models, and clinical vocabularies
• Expertise in healthcare interoperability standards and API-driven solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare, business, technology)
