Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Risk Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the engineering strategy for risk controls, including automation pipelines and response mechanisms
• Guide the design and standardization of scalable controls for data protection and infrastructure integrity
• Lead and grow a team focused on secure infrastructure while collaborating with Development and Operations teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; master's degree preferred
• Ten years of experience in software engineering and information security engineering
• Demonstrated experience with program management, budgeting, and capacity planning
• Experience with large-scale virtualized or container-based cloud environments
• Certifications in security engineering or management, such as GCSA, CISA, or CISM, are preferred
