Director of Security Architecture

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Security Architecture to lead the strategic design and integration of cybersecurity into enterprise and product architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the security architecture strategy across all platforms and environments
• Define and maintain security reference architectures and threat models
• Collaborate with teams to embed security early in the lifecycle and ensure compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or systems architecture
• 5+ years in a leadership or senior architecture role focused on secure design
• Strong experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS and Azure preferred)
• Expert understanding of security principles in networking and application security
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps and modern CI/CD workflows
