Director of Software Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to lead engineering teams and drive software development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the technology strategy and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams while promoting a culture of innovation
• Oversee the architectural design of software solutions and implement quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in leading large organizations and offshore teams
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies and Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server and .NET
• Experience with agile methodologies and process optimization
