Director of Software Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of platform developers
• Provide technical direction and ensure design decisions meet requirements
• Collaborate with team leaders to develop and present product roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience at the Engineering Director level
• Experience building PaaS, SaaS, and/or data platforms
• Proficient in Java or other JVM languages
• Experience in Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery culture
