Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead and scale a high-performing Solutions Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-impact team of Solutions Engineers while defining technical sales strategy
- Serve as a senior technical advisor to enterprise prospects and guide customers through solution architecture and integration planning
- Establish key performance metrics to track team effectiveness and standardize demo environments for improved scalability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Software/SaaS, including 5+ years in Sales Engineering and 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience building and mentoring high-performing Sales Engineering teams in fast-paced environments
- Cybersecurity expertise in deploying, operating, or selling cybersecurity products
- Experience delivering technical sales presentations and integration demos for B2B enterprise customers
