Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive redesign of field operations training strategy
- Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven content and training tools
- Manage a team of trainers and content creators while aligning training strategy with business goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or operations leadership
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading training teams across multiple sites
- Strong project management skills with experience in change management
- Proven track record of implementing new training technologies
