Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a Director-level role
- Experience in managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong project management skills to handle timelines and resources effectively
- Proven ability to translate insights from subject matter experts into effective training
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
