Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce and financial models for staffing optimization and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, financial modeling, or healthcare operations
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining complex models in Excel
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement analysis
