Disclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disclosure Specialist to manage loan disclosures in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data for new loans and ensure compliance with RESPA-TILA/TRID regulations
• Print and mail initial application disclosures and revised closing disclosures to customers
• Review and process changes throughout the loan lifecycle, including rate locks and approvals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in the mortgage industry
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to loan disclosures
• Ability to complete mandatory training within required timelines
