Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher 1 to coordinate and manage the deployment of field service personnel and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and dispatch teams to meet customer needs and service requirements
• Monitor real-time operations, adjust schedules as needed, and communicate with field staff to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 0-1 years' experience in dispatch operations, preferably in the telecom industry
• Familiarity with dispatch software and understanding of safety regulations related to field service operations required
