The Global Performance Marketing Manager - B2B will be responsible for paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant upcoming channels such as TikTok) that drive our B2B growth in our mission to help people live longer, healthier lives. You will strengthen our paid marketing team with your deep expertise in paid ads channels and your ability to think analytically and creatively.

What to Expect from Our Hiring Process
We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Here’s what the process usually looks like (though it might vary slightly depending on the role):
1️⃣ Intro Chat – A first call with our Talent Partner Giuliana to explore mutual fit around relevant skills, value alignment, and motivation.
2️⃣ Hiring Manager Interview – A deeper dive into your experience and aspirations with your future manager, Jonathan Fichman (Global Head of Paid Marketing ) who you’ll be reporting to in this role. Take this chance to ask anything on your mind—it’s just as much about making sure we’re the right fit for you, too.
3️⃣ TestGorilla – (SHL numerical reasoning assessment, part of our standard evaluation process for similar hires).
4️⃣Business Case – Dedicated prep time to showcase your problem-solving and strategic thinking, followed by a collaborative session with the hiring manager and team to walk through your findings together.
5️⃣ Final Interview - with Marta Wrzosek (Chief Marketing Officer)
