Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Document, II, Retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and prepares closing documents for compliance with RESPA/GFE regulations
• Draws and prepares all loan documents, ensuring completeness of the file
• Corresponds with title/escrow companies and maintains highly confidential information

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience drawing loan documents for Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs required
• Knowledge of and ability to apply current RESPA/GFE regulations
• Automated underwriting system experience preferred
• Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
