Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist to manage individual donor engagement and support fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the organization's CRM database for donor engagement and stewardship
• Cultivate relationships with donors through personalized communications and manage donor correspondence
• Develop and execute fundraising appeals and email campaigns to grow recurring giving and re-engage lapsed donors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit development focused on donor relationship management
• Advanced proficiency with nonprofit CRMs and experience with donor segmentation and moves management
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and basic website maintenance
• Familiarity with digital tools for email marketing and donation platforms
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and data security best practices
