DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, has an immediate career opportunity for a motivated individual to fill one of our key roles as a Field Operations Dispatch Specialist.

General Purpose of Position

The Field Operations Complex Installation Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our partners and managing delegated installation projects to strengthen relationships with both clients and technician offices. This position is responsible for overseeing work order management, coordinating with third-party contractors, and ensuring that all client expectations and service requirements are consistently met. The role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving to maintain service excellence across all operational touchpoints.

The Field Operations Complex Coordinator must demonstrate clear, accurate, and professional communication—verbally, in writing, and by phone—while delivering information in a friendly, concise, and effective manner.

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently, stay organized, and remain responsive to the dynamic needs of clients, technician offices, internal teams, and the compliance department in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of departmental processes and company policies is essential, along with a commitment to applying them consistently while performing daily responsibilities.

This is a full-time HYBRID opportunity (Report to office 75% of the time)
Schedule:
Full time, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30 pm EST

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Manage real-time updates to client work orders, ensuring timely and accurate information
  • Assign, update, and schedule service orders efficiently while coordinating equipment orders and technician assignments
  • Resolve issues proactively to prevent escalations and missed deadlines
  • Maintain continuous communication with technicians to ensure no scheduled service goes unconfirmed or missed
  • Handle inbound calls from technicians, addressing installation needs, custom fee approvals, and general support
  • Close out technician work orders with 100% accuracy and ensure data integrity across all platforms
  • Process equipment requests and maintain compliance with client guidelines
  • Collaborate with different departments to meet monthly performance goals and timelines
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to generate, maintain, and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
  • Familiarity with local and regional geography, or the ability to effectively use tools like Google Maps for navigation and planning

Education and/or experience

  • Minimum 1-year experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably L&I or complex Commercial DIRECTV installations
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a call center-type environment or project management

Language

  • English or bilingual (Spanish)
