Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Global Internship Program strategy and manage the full recruiting lifecycle for early-career and intern hires across EMEA
- Build strategic relationships with universities and represent the company at career fairs and events
- Assist in planning university relations programs and contribute innovative ideas to enhance campus recruitment strategy
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in campus or early-career recruitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, with knowledge of Workday being a plus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments
