Job Description

Eataly is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grocery Data Enry Associate to join our Product Team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information across all internal systems and for supporting operational efficiency across our store network. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with data management tools, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master Data Management: Create, maintain, and update product master data including pricing, descriptions, and product lifecycle status across enterprise systems (e.g., D365, Adaco, Catapult, WMS).
  • Catalogue and Documentation Management: Ensure up-to-date internal product catalogues are maintained and distributed to all relevant stakeholders regularly.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Perform data cleansing and validation activities to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across systems.(e.g., D365, Adaco, Catapult, WMS).
  • Operational Support: Act as a liaison between warehouse, buying, and receiving teams to address discrepancies, coordinate cycle counts, and process vendor credits and invoices.
  • ERP Support: Assist during ERP go-live phases by supporting data integrity monitoring, process adherence, and issue resolution.
  • Testing and Scenario Execution: Participate in User Review Testing (URT) and execute real business scenarios to validate system performance and data reliability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the merchandising, promotional, and store teams to prepare presentations for new and seasonal products and ensure product data is aligned across departments.
  • Reporting and Readiness: Ensure critical product data is available and reliable for reporting, analysis, and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, business administration, data management, or a related field.
  • Experience in data entry, product master data, or inventory systems; ERP experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft D365, Adaco, Catapult, and/or WMS is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for food and alignment with Eataly's values is a plus                                                                  Hourly – rate $27 per hr.
