Job Summary

A company is looking for an Editorial Team Lead to guide and support a market-specific editorial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor the editorial team, set priorities, and oversee day-to-day workflows
• Improve efficiency, solve workflow bottlenecks, and ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor contributions, address workload distribution, and provide structured feedback to editors

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Comfortable making decisions and setting priorities
• Experience in editorial workflows, content operations, or metadata is a plus
• Knowledge of Eastern European, Mediterranean, Benelux, or APEC languages is a bonus
