Education Law Internship

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 2025 Fall Clerkships - Education Team intern.

Key Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to protect access to public education and enforce education civil rights
• Research novel issues related to education law and policy
• Develop, collect, and disseminate policy briefs and resources to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Current law or policy graduate student, preferably 2L or 3L as of Fall 2025
• Commitment of 15 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks between September and November 2025
• Knowledge and commitment to the organization's mission
• Experience or interest in education, education equity, and education civil rights
• At least one year of experience with communities of color or low-income communities
