Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Clinical Application Analyst ClinDoc - Level I-III.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and system upgrades
• Participate in testing and validation activities for system changes and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 0 - 3 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required
• Epic certification required within three months of class completion or six months of hire
