Electrical Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electrical Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for electrical systems in data centers and large-scale infrastructure projects
• Review and validate vendor and contractor pricing for electrical works, ensuring alignment with project scope
• Prepare estimate evaluation reports based on ROM, schematic, and construction pricing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4-7 years of experience in electrical cost estimating for construction projects, preferably data centers or complex facilities
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, Timberline, OST, and CostX (CostX proficiency preferred)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, codes, and installation practices
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel (advanced)
