Position Overview:

As the Marketing Analyst Manager for Digital & Ecommerce, you will lead a team of experienced analysts to drive data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies within the digital and ecommerce landscape. Leveraging your extensive expertise in Google Analytics 4, UX analytics, Google Tag Manager, raw data analysis, BI tools, and Big Query, you will unearth actionable insights to enhance performance across various digital platforms. Your role will be pivotal in guiding the team to deliver comprehensive reporting, fostering a culture of proactive analysis, and streamlining processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in executing analysis projects and meeting objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
Data Analysis and Insights Generation:
  • Utilize expertise in GA4, UX analytics, Google Tag Manager,raw data analysis, BI tools, and Big Query to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of digital and ecommerce performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and enhance user experiences.
Reporting and Communication:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and user behavior to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.
Process Optimization and Efficiency:
  • Establish and refine processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows, leveraging technology and tools where appropriate.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the analytics team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to align analytics efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital and ecommerce analytics, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-9 years of experience in digital and ecommerce analytics, with a proven track record of success in a managerial or leadership role. And a thorough understanding of commerce and beauty is a plus!
  • Extensive expertise in Google Analytics 4, UX analytics, Google Tag Manager, raw data analysis, BI tools, and Big Query.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, with a focus on mentorship, collaboration, and performance optimization.
  • Experience in the ecommerce field is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and challenges.
