Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with teams to launch, test, and manage email campaigns
• Define and maintain an effective email marketing strategy while overseeing the email production process
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for email marketing experience
• Understanding of email marketing principles and industry best practices
• Experience with consumer behavior analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with HTML & CSS preferred
