Key Responsibilities
- Administer routine leave of absence cases and provide case support for complex cases
- Ensure compliance with applicable leave laws and maintain accurate records of leave requests
- Proactively communicate with employees and managers regarding leave status and facilitate return-to-work options
Required Qualifications
- Basic experience with leave of absence administration
- Understanding of FMLA, STD, LTD, and federal/state leave laws
