Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Service Specialist to support HR operations and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with various employee support teams to manage HR transactional work
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by entering and auditing employee lifecycle changes
  • Monitor and maintain the Employee Service Center ticketing queue, resolving tier 2 tickets within defined Service Level Agreements
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience working in Workday
  • Prior experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee support
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support models is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and workflows
