Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Service Coordinator to provide HR support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist employees with inquiries across various HR functions using a shared services support model
  • Manage employee inquiries in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements
  • Prepare and route time-sensitive HR documents and maintain case accuracy within the ServiceNow system
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of HR-related experience or relevant coursework
  • Understanding of HR processes and systems, including ServiceNow HRSD and Workday (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information
  • Proven track record of process improvement and attention to detail
