EMR Processing Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EMR Processing Agent (CPR).

Key Responsibilities

• Remotely retrieve medical records through providers' systems and prepare them for transmission
• Troubleshoot errors in job processes and provide feedback for improvements
• Complete assigned special projects and responsibilities as outlined in the Performance Plan

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to learn new EMR systems through training sessions
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to execute and follow up on procedures
