Engineer I

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer I responsible for the engineering and design of DWDM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and report on project progress
• Create job packages with technical instructions for installation
• Develop funding approvals and manage project budgets and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Engineering degree (EE or ME preferred) or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years related experience or 4+ years equivalent Engineering/Technical experience
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Visio, CAD, Word, and Access
• Project management experience
• Understanding of fiber optic systems and related technologies
