Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience in high-growth environments
• Experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 35+ members
• Passion for coaching and building high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of platform principles
• Experience with developer platforms or partner ecosystems is a plus
