Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in developing a cloud-based point of sale system.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a team of 8-10 engineers
• Guide the development of engineers through mentoring, training, and performance management
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to software development goals focusing on architecture, design, and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field focused on software development
• At least 2+ years of experience as a technical leader and manager
• 6+ years of experience in Distributed Systems and Software Engineering
• Knowledge of .NET technologies including C# and MVC
• Experience working in a cloud environment, such as Azure
