Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a relevant IT discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience in an IT functional area
• Proven ability to manage high-performance work teams and execute large projects
• Experience in developing solutions for complex business problems
