A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Data Infrastructure & Serving Layer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team focused on the serving layer
• Design and operate systems for low-latency access to large blockchain datasets
• Drive the evolution of serving infrastructure technologies and ensure performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience with a successful track record
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with distributed serving systems and OLAP technologies
• Strong background in query engines, caching, and hybrid serving architectures
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a solid understanding of database internals
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD practices
