Engineering Manager, IAM

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Unified Identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for IAM projects from IDP ingestion to lifecycle and provisioning
• Lead delivery of large-scale, resilient systems in an end-to-end encrypted environment
• Mentor engineers to deepen their technical skills in IAM, cryptography, and secure system design

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in IAM with experience in building centralized identity systems
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams through large project delivery
• Expertise in cryptography and end-to-end encryption systems
• Hands-on technical depth to guide architecture design and technical direction
• Experience in cross-team collaboration and project delivery involving multiple engineering teams
