Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction of the program and manage customer relationships
• Provide coaching and development to engineering team members while defining growth goals
• Plan and deliver complex projects, ensuring adherence to program objectives and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, with relevant experience substituting for education
• 2+ years of people management experience and 3+ years directing cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of modern and legacy systems, including system reliability and architecture design
• Experience in data migration, analytics, and technical support
• Ability to innovate and adapt quickly to new tools and methodologies
