Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing, self-managing engineering team through coaching and clear expectations
• Own the team's technical direction, backlog priorities, and delivery processes while balancing input from stakeholders
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software, fostering accountability and healthy communication across the team

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing product-focused software engineering teams
• Recent hands-on experience as a software engineer with the ability to engage in architectural decisions
• Strong grasp of Agile software principles, including SCRUM
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture and delivery practices
• Experience in SaaS, startup, or ecommerce environments is highly desirable
