Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of software engineers building production systems
• Own delivery for product areas across web apps, data extraction pipelines, and AI modeling features
• Establish engineering excellence in code quality, testing strategy, and incident response

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with 2+ years in a management role
• Experience leading distributed teams and delivering user-facing products in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience with Python (Django) and modern front-end development (React)
• Strong understanding of AWS fundamentals and production systems
• Fluency in software delivery practices including roadmapping and incident management
