A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Seller to lead the development of Ruby on Rails and Elixir systems.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and scaling distributed, cloud-native systems
• Hands-on experience collaborating with machine learning teams
• Strong understanding of relational database systems (MySQL or PostgreSQL preferred)
• Excellent leadership skills to mentor and inspire engineers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
