A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services, APIs, and orchestration workflows
- Drive cloud-native designs and manage containerization and CI/CD pipelines
- Coach and develop engineers, manage integrations, and lead incident management efforts
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering management experience leading software engineers
- Strong hands-on .NET development experience
- Cloud experience, specifically with AWS
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of building and operating high-throughput, event-driven services
