Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1s and coaching, unblock teammates, and facilitate decisions
- Collaborate with PM/Design to refine work scope and review team health metrics
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and participate in hiring activities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing software engineers and 10+ years in engineering
- Experience with XP/DevOps practices such as TDD and CI/CD
- Proven skills in coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Technical knowledge in cloud-native environments (TypeScript/Node.js or Go, AWS)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product & Design teams
