Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to empower teams and enhance delivery and people growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1s and coaching, unblock teammates, and facilitate decisions
• Collaborate with PM/Design to refine work scope and review team health metrics
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and participate in hiring activities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing software engineers and 10+ years in engineering
• Experience with XP/DevOps practices such as TDD and CI/CD
• Proven skills in coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution
• Technical knowledge in cloud-native environments (TypeScript/Node.js or Go, AWS)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product & Design teams
