Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Specialist to assist with project execution and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project execution by gathering metrics and supporting lean initiatives
• Manage onboarding of new resources and track supply & demand metrics
• Develop and maintain tools/metrics to support engineering tasks and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office tools, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with Regulated Engineering Development Process
• Experience with DOORS and version control tools
• Knowledge of change management and configuration management processes
• Experience in developing and tracking KPIs
